Shipping Minimum
Customer Pickup of Order
48 Hour Notice - Minimum order $500
Eastern Washington / Northern Idaho
Orders submitted Friday via email or fax to the nursery by 12:00 Noon PST will receive their order by Friday of the next week. Minimum shipping order is $3,500.
Oregon/ Washington
Orders submitted Friday via email or fax to the nursery by 12:00 Noon PST will receive their order by Friday of the next week. Minimum shipping order is $3,500.
Alaska
Orders submitted Tuesday via email or fax to the nursery by 12:00 Noon PST will receive their order by Friday* of the next week. Minimum shipping order is a full truckload.
*Based off current maritime schedules.
California
Orders submitted Thursday via email or fax to the nursery by 12:00 Noon PST will receive their order by Thursday of the next week. Minimum shipping order is $5,000.
Arizona / Colorado / New Mexico / Southern Idaho / Texas / Utah / Wyoming
Orders submitted Thursday via email or fax to the nursery by 12:00 Noon PST will receive their order by Friday of the next week. Minimum shipping order is $5,000.
Montana / Nevada
Orders submitted Friday via email or fax to the nursery by 12:00 Noon PST will receive their order by Friday of the next week. Minimum shipping order is $5,000.
All Other States
Orders submitted Wednesday via email or fax to the nursery by 12:00 Noon PST will receive their order by Friday of the next week. Minimum shipping order is $5,000.
Minimum Shipping Quantities
Terms
We accept only cash, Visa, MasterCard and American Express unless credit is approved.
Credit Cards will be accepted as prepayment or at time of pickup and delivery with no additional charge.
We will accept these credit cards on invoices with terms for an additional charge of 3.5% to be added to the invoice at time of payment.
Applications for credit will be promptly reviewed.
All credit accounts are Net 30 days unless different terms are otherwise agreed upon.
Overdue accounts will be charged interest at the rate of 1.5% per month.
Pricing
Prices shown do not include freight costs. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Discounts are available for approved accounts in good standing and are based upon cumulative orders.
Claims
All claims for shortages or unsatisfactory material must be notated on the shipping manifest and faxed, e-mailed or mailed within five (5) business days from receipt of shipment.
We strive to settle all discrepancies to the satisfaction of our customers.
Kraemer’s Nursery, Inc. will not be liable for more than the original purchase price.
Shipping
Orders may be picked up by your truck or scheduled on a common carrier. Please give 48 hour advance notice for all orders.
